The bucket assembly integrates a precision-cast bucket lip, high-strengthstructural side plates and back plates, along with a complete set ofoperational assembly structures into a single unit. The main body of thebucket is constructed from high-grade wear-resistant steel plates,delivering excellent overall impact resistance and wear performance, whichsignificantly extends the bucket's service life under sand, gravel, and miningrock conditions. The product line covers multiple categories, includinggeneral-purpose, rock, and heavy-duty types, adapting to 200-ton to 1000-ton class excavators and electric shovels, with a primary focus onsupporting 200-ton to 900-ton open-pit mining equipment.

Cast Lip: Integrated cast, monolithic molding without welds for superior rigidity, high impact resistance, and heavy-load capacity—ideal for mining. Customizable to machine dimensions, conditions, and budget for OEM and aftermarket. Adaptor: Structural interface between lip and tooth. Cast from alloy wear steel and heat-treated for a hard surface with a tough core. Material: Alloy wear steel; Hardness: 260–300 BHN; Retention: Pin & retainer compatible. Bucket Tooth: High-strength alloy steel, refined via EAF + AOD, through-hardened and aged. Overall hardness 50–55 HRC with exceptional core toughness; Charpy V-notch impact energy >20 J at -40°C. Ensures wear resistance and fracture toughness for open-pit mining.

Undercarriage

Product category：Track-laying chassis

Crawler Belt: Transmits traction to form continuous track chains that support and propel the machine. Available in single, double, triple-bar, flat, grouser, and swamp pad configurations. Tumbler: Engages track links to propel the machine. Cast from alloy steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces for wear resistance and a tough core. Roller: Carrier rollers support the upper track; track rollers bear the machine's weight. Forged and precision-machined with floating seals and independent grease reservoirs to block impurities and extend service life. Idler: Guides the track and maintains tension. Cast from high-strength alloy steel and through-hardened or Q&T treated to resist lateral wear during turning and rough terrain operation.
