OUR ADVANTAGE ·Using high strength,abrasion resistant steel with heat treatment,especially for track links which link pitch is larger than 190mm,we use the best material 35MnB. ·Using the material 20CrMo for track bushing,carburizing treatment both outside and inside,the hardness depth can be 2.5 to 3mm. ·For machining,we use the CNC controlled machines to guarantee dimensional tolerance. ·All the track slices must be flaw detected by flaw detectorto eliminate unqualified track slice. Sealed and lubricated. ·Excellent oil retention and dirt exclusion. ·Excellent seal performance for extreme working conditions. ·Available in standard and heavy duty versions. ·Supplying complete chain models,with pitch ranging from 101 to 260mm.
